=== TIPS:  ===
==============

- Everyone's gone? In Backus, the other tavern guests all go up and leave later during the night, or in the morning before you get up. If you wish to talk to them, you have to do so in the evening before renting the room.

- Being schooled by goblins? This scenario is intended to be a real challenge at the recommended level (level 5-15). As Jeff recommends in his tips: "Learn Alchemy. Stock up on Potions. Leave town to rest when low on hit points." I have this to add: Explore in combat mode. Keep haste and bless up when passing through uncleared areas. Scroll beyond the edge of the screen (by first selecting a spell or missile) and attack things at long range before they can even react to you. If you still get owned, well, lower the difficulty or enter with a more experienced party. Nothing that went through Valley of Dying Things should have any difficulty.

- Stuck in front of a door that's completely impossible to open? Look for a key. Hiding keys in secret places (and not under the doormat) is one of the things on the Evil Overlord List.

- Delivered a fake message? Remember the room where you found it. It seemed to serve a certain function. Perhaps this function could aid you in finding out _who_ gave you the fake message.

Many thanks to:

	- Ephesos, Dikiyoba, Nikki, Thralni, Dintiradan, Lazarus and others, for answering my incessant questions and basically teaching me to script.
	- Nemesis, Riibu and Blake81, for beta testing the scenario and putting up with a deluge of versions.
	- Lazarus, for single-handedly putting in hours upon hours beta-testing my work as it took shape, and offering hints, support and criticism in real time as I developed it.
	- Tyranicus, for converting my graphics to Macintosh format

Graphics used:
	- intro graphic (message scroll) is from Caesar III by Impressions
	- all other graphics are modified from Spiderweb's A3 or BoA, with added textures.

I could never have finished this without you guys. Thanks very much!
